What You Do??

Man is the finest creativity of god beacuse only we have  intellect to do new inventions therefore we have search land in the moon.there are various jobs, business and services in the world where every humen work together according to skills.
Many people sit idle labelled as unemployed which is further classified in different name like seasonal unemployment ,distinguish unemployed and permanent unemployment. Second most asked questione I the world after asking name is,What You Do? I have no idea how all of you reply to this quetion because it depends upon your intrest and Knowledge that make you a teacher,doctor, Engeneer ,sportsman, actor or wherever beacuse your answer according to your work, I can't write all works but Its confirme every one engange in any work. what is work why we can see there are two type of peple in any field, One who are devoted for work what task company assigns him on other hand other who want to change or swich his career. As I observe who engage in his work day by day he become master of his field and it seems that he was born only for such work or that work is made only for him every step in his work is plan accordingly.
We all want lucrative life for it we expect handsome salary and reputated job which is desired by eveyone we can see every year million students apply for IIT and IIM ,very few of them selected so whats it's mean who are failed on such tough eaxm called failure, NO they leanrt a new concepts.
Goal is very important for life and it is very crucial for most of us that whats our goal 'your interest makes your goal' before making goal you should ask one question to yourself what you really want to do ?If you like cooking make your career in cooking,If you like to hair cut ,complete a diploma in salon field beacuse it is the most important thing that the work that you are doing ,will you get internal satisfaction or just do for your basic need and physical comfort. Some people want to change their job or business but they have a phobia If will fail ?
So risk abilty is also a factor that play a vital role in your life I just want to say whatever cirmuatnces come in your life listen your heart and do what you really want because your interest make you more productive this productivity convert into success because no one defeat you your field and by choosing only one path your competitors are reduced.
So be honest yourself and do what you actually want to do mean you should be satisfied internally.Trust me no one defeat you and you become sucuessful so if someone  ask you this question what you do?- you should reply what my heart says.

३७०

धारा 370 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, संसद को जम्मू-कश्मीर के बारे में रक्षा, विदेश मामले और संचार के विषय में कानून बनाने का अधिकार है लेकिन किसी अन्य विषय से सम्बन्धित क़ानून को लागू करवाने के लिये केन्द्र को राज्य सरकार का अनुमोदन चाहिये।

इसी विशेष दर्ज़े के कारण जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य पर संविधान की धारा 356 लागू नहीं होती।

इस कारण राष्ट्रपति के पास राज्य के संविधान को बर्ख़ास्त करने का अधिकार नहीं है।

1976 का शहरी भूमि क़ानून जम्मू-कश्मीर पर लागू नहीं होता।

इसके तहत भारतीय नागरिक को विशेष अधिकार प्राप्त राज्यों के अलावा भारत में कहीं भी भूमि ख़रीदने का अधिकार है। यानी भारत के दूसरे राज्यों के लोग जम्मू-कश्मीर में ज़मीन नहीं ख़रीद सकते।

भारतीय संविधान की धारा 360 जिसके अन्तर्गत देश में वित्तीय आपातकाल लगाने का प्रावधान है, वह भी जम्मू-कश्मीर पर लागू नहीं होती।

जम्मू और कश्मीर का भारत में विलय करना ज़्यादा बड़ी ज़रूरत थी और इस काम को अंजाम देने के लिये धारा 370 के तहत कुछ विशेष अधिकार कश्मीर की जनता को उस समय दिये गये थे। ये विशेष अधिकार निचले अनुभाग में दिये जा रहे हैं।

विशेष अधिकारों की सूची

जम्मू-कश्मीर के नागरिकों के पास दोहरी नागरिकता होती है।

जम्मू-कश्मीर का राष्ट्रध्वज अलग होता है।

जम्मू - कश्मीर की विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 6 वर्षों का होता है जबकि भारत के अन्य राज्यों की विधानसभाओं का कार्यकाल 5 वर्ष का होता है।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के अन्दर भारत के राष्ट्रध्वज या राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों का अपमान अपराध नहीं होता है।

भारत के उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर के अन्दर मान्य नहीं होते हैं।

भारत की संसद को जम्मू-कश्मीर के सम्बन्ध में अत्यन्त सीमित क्षेत्र में कानून बना सकती है।

जम्मू-कश्मीर की कोई महिला यदि भारत के किसी अन्य राज्य के व्यक्ति से विवाह कर ले तो उस महिला की नागरिकता समाप्त हो जायेगी। इसके विपरीत यदि वह पकिस्तान के किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर ले तो उसे भी जम्मू-कश्मीर की नागरिकता मिल जायेगी।

धारा 370 की वजह से कश्मीर में  (RTI) और सीएजी (CAG) जैसे कानून लागू नहीं होते है।

कश्मीर में महिलाओं पर शरियत कानून लागू है।

कश्मीर में पंचायत को अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं है।

कश्मीर में चपरासी को 2500 रूपये ही मिलते है।

कश्मीर में अल्पसंख्यकों [हिन्दू-सिख] को 16% आरक्षण नहीं मिलता।

धारा 370 की वजह से कश्मीर में बाहर के लोग जमीन नहीं खरीद सकते हैं।

धारा 370 की वजह से ही कश्मीर में रहने वाले पाकिस्तानियों को भी भारतीय नागरिकता मिल जाती है।

१) धारा ३७० अपने भारत के संविधान का अंग है।

२) यह धारा संविधान के २१वें भाग में समाविष्ट है जिसका शीर्षक है- ‘अस्थायी, परिवर्तनीय और विशेष प्रावधान’ (Temporary, Transitional and Special Provisions)।

३) धारा ३७० के शीर्षक के शब्द हैं - जम्मू-कश्मीर के सम्बन्ध में अस्थायी प्रावधान (“Temporary provisions with respect to the State of Jammu and Kashmir”)।

४) धारा ३७० के तहत जो प्रावधान है उनमें समय समय पर परिवर्तन किया गया है जिनका आरम्भ १९५४ से हुआ। १९५४ का महत्त्व इस लिये है कि १९५३ में उस समय के कश्मीर के वजीर-ए-आजम शेख महम्मद अब्दुल्ला, जो जवाहरलाल नेहरू के अंतरंग मित्र थे, को गिरफ्तार कर बंदी बनाया था। ये सारे संशोधन जम्मू-कश्मीर के विधानसभा द्वारा पारित किये गये हैं।

संशोधित किये हुये प्रावधान इस प्रकार के हैं-

(अ) १९५४ में चुंगी, केंद्रीय अबकारी, नागरी उड्डयन और डाकतार विभागों के कानून और नियम जम्मू-कश्मीर को लागू किये गये।

(आ) १९५८ से केन्द्रीय सेवा के आई ए एस तथा आय पी एस अधिकारियों की नियुक्तियाँ इस राज्य में होने लगीं। इसी के साथ सी ए जी (CAG) के अधिकार भी इस राज्य पर लागू हुए।

(इ) १९५९ में भारतीय जनगणना का कानून जम्मू-कश्मीर पर लागू हुआ।

(र्ई) १९६० में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने जम्मू-कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय के निर्णयों के विरुद्ध अपीलों को स्वीकार करना शुरू किया, उसे अधिकृत किया गया।

(उ) १९६४ में संविधान के अनुच्छेद ३५६ तथा ३५७ इस राज्य पर लागू किये गये। इस अनुच्छेदों के अनुसार जम्मू-कश्मीर में संवैधानिक व्यवस्था के गड़बड़ा जाने पर राष्ट्रपति का शासन लागू करने के अधिकार प्राप्त हुए।

(ऊ) १९६५ से श्रमिक कल्याण, श्रमिक संगठन, सामाजिक सुरक्षा तथा सामाजिक बीमा सम्बन्धी केन्द्रीय कानून राज्य पर लागू हुए।

(ए) १९६६ में लोकसभा में प्रत्यक्ष मतदान द्वारा निर्वाचित अपना प्रतिनिधि भेजने का अधिकार दिया गया।

(ऐ) १९६६ में ही जम्मू-कश्मीर की विधानसभा ने अपने संविधान में आवश्यक सुधार करते हुए- ‘प्रधानमन्त्री’ के स्थान पर ‘मुख्यमन्त्री’ तथा ‘सदर-ए-रियासत’ के स्थान पर ‘राज्यपाल’ इन पदनामों को स्वीकृत कर उन नामों का प्रयोग करने की स्वीकृति दी। ‘सदर-ए-रियासत’ का चुनाव विधानसभा द्वारा हुआ करता था, अब राज्यपाल की नियुक्ति राष्ट्रपति द्वारा होने लगी।

(ओ) १९६८ में जम्मू-कश्मीर के उच्च न्यायालय ने चुनाव सम्बन्धी मामलों पर अपील सुनने का अधिकार सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को दिया।

(औ) १९७१ में भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद २२६ के तहत विशिष्ट प्रकार के मामलों की सुनवाई करने का अधिकार उच्च न्यायालय को दिया गया।

(अं) १९८६ में भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद २४९ के प्रावधान जम्मू-कश्मीर पर लागू हुए।

(अः) इस धारा में ही उसके सम्पूर्ण समाप्ति की व्यवस्था बताई गयी है। धारा ३७० का उप अनुच्छेद ३ बताता है कि ‘‘पूर्ववर्ती प्रावधानों में कुछ भी लिखा हो, राष्ट्रपति प्रकट सूचना द्वारा यह घोषित कर सकते है कि यह धारा कुछ अपवादों या संशोधनों को छोड दिया जाये तो समाप्त की जा सकती है।

इस धारा का एक परन्तुक (Proviso) भी है। वह कहता है कि इसके लिये राज्य की संविधान सभा की मान्यता चाहिये। किन्तु अब राज्य की संविधान सभा ही अस्तित्व में नहीं है। जो व्यवस्था अस्तित्व में नहीं है वह कारगर कैसे हो सकती है?

जवाहरलाल नेहरू द्वारा जम्मू-कश्मीर के एक नेता पं॰ प्रेमनाथ बजाज को २१ अगस्त १९६२ में लिखे हुये पत्र से यह स्पष्ट होता है कि उनकी कल्पना में भी यही था कि कभी न कभी धारा ३७० समाप्त होगी।
अब आप सब समझने का प्रयास आखिर कैसे हल करना होगा इस घटना से सबसे पहले हमे कश्मीर के हर इन्सान को सच्चा भारतीय बनाना होगा।

And now both countries are armed with nuclear weapons. These data represent only war but what about attack on Uri, Taj hotel and Pulwama means that country not only attack with army but promote terrorist so that it can damage dignity of India . 22 year old became the causeof death our brave CRPF soliders which was shit on face of 🇵🇰 Pakistan.
India singed treaty of piece in UN it and has a nonviolence image in the world there they are taking advantage of this.
India grows in wealth and power, so do fear and obsession in Pakistan. Yet India, too, would benefit from a solution n other hand in Terroristan people are dying with hunger even they have no vision for modernization. They occopied about half part of Kasmir(Ajad Kasmir,Balitstan,) yet they want Kasmir.
We hope they will be taught a bitter lesson for this by Our Army.

"Barbad karne ke Aur Bhi Raste the you alag kyu kia mujhe" perhaps this quote suit on Kasmir which is known as Indian Crown I can't define entire story about that because I think my verbal and oral knowledge are not able to explain its beauty but I would like to share its dignity from early Era. It is located in the lap of Himalaya boundary with Punjab,Himachal Pradesh while Line of Control (LoC)divide Azad Kasmir & Indian Occupied Kasmir Gilgit -Baltistan sorround it west and North side.Trans Karakoram Tract is gifted to China by Pakistan in the year 1965. Kasmir was the part of Mauryan empire which they use as Centre of learning for Budha,Kushan come in 4th-5th centuary .As time passed circumstances are changed Sultnat of Kasmir started 14-16th centuary and muslims ruled forced to Buddhist and Hindu into Muslims.It came under Akbar regions in 1586 but after Akbar's death mugal became weak Afghan came into power in Kasmir in 1751 then it became the bride of Sikh Empire and this was the time when Britishers had come in our land in First Anglo-Sikh war,Shikh was defeated by British and its Chastity(Aabroo) sold to Dongra Feudelar Maharaja Gulab Singh for 75 lakh.
This was the time of 20th centuary about 70% public had adopted Islam after independence Pakistan and India both wanth to marry with this beautiful Kasmir , "Ashan nhi hi mujhko pana diwane aur hai abhi qataar me" . Maharaja Hari Singh want to Independent Kasmir He signed in Standstill Agreement with Pakistan(mean transport and other services will go throw normally) same he espected from India meanwhile rebellian attacked on Poonch angainst Hari Singh Army while India and Pakistan were facing problems of Partition already, situation was worse than gulam India.Pakistan attacked on whales of Kasmir(Kasmir ki Ghati ) ,North West Frontier attacked in Baramula,Uri and Poonch again now Maharaja has only two choice either surrender himself to Pakistan or request  to India for protection so He signed Instrument of Accession in 26 October 1947 with India by the way Pakistan rejected this treaty said that It was under pressure yet it was legal by Britishers because English gave entire right of Kasmir Maharaja Hari Singh.
First Indo-Pak war fought  on 1947-48 in Drass.In this miserable condition west Kasmir occupied by Pakistan which is called Azad Kasmir ,Northern area was also under the Pakistan (Gilgit,Baltistan).
Both countries went to UN this efforts was in vain.Shekh Abdullah became the Prime Minister(CM is called PM for Kasmir).
Gopal Kumarswami Ayenger and Sheikh Abdullah drawn article 370 which was abolished by B.R Ambedkar ( 370 hurt integrity of India) therefore Kasmir has some special and different power any other state of India, Nonkasmiri can't purchase land in kasmir and kasmir government is independent to make own decisions this partly occupied Kasmir is the reason of million deaths.
During 1987 wealthy Kasmiri pandits were shot by kasmiri muslims even it was announced on the street where wealthy kasmiri pandit leave to leave Kasmir or choose the Death. So more than 2.5 lakh kasmiri pandit came to Delhi and Jammu still they are live in very poor condition ,they demand to Indian govrnement let them return in thier home now .
Many Indian Jawans were killed in terrorist attack ,Siachin weather also enemy for Indian army temperature always below Zero degree ,salute our Army who make true this line "sir kata sakte hai lekin sir jhuka sakte nahi".

Partition or Bloody Boundary

"Sare Jahan se Accha Hindostan Humara" this famous poem was composed by Muhammad Iqbal in 1904 when India, Pakistan and Bangladesh was known as Hindustan he never thought that If he were born after independence, He had to compose three different poems, two of them are Sare Jahan se accha Pakistan Humara and Sare Jahan se acha Bangladesh Humara because of some stereotype people. Was Prenidipendent India not safe for Minority (especially Muslims) or dividation became advantage for prominent leader of that Time? Hunger of success make them Devils sometime perhaps in the que of revolutionaries many leader wanted to earn fame and name so they started to make conspiration.Cyril Redcliff a man who was given responsibility to divide India from western side while he did not aware of precious culture of Bharat, Diversity with Fraternity ,Illiterate but True Humanity of World's most beautiful country, He had only 34 day to complete his brutual task.He never came in India yet become the Chairperson of Indian Independence Act he was ordered to draw line between India and Pakistan in this way that majority of Hindu and Sikh side of India and Muslims in the side of Pakistan without any actual planning or map while when British divided Africa with proper planning and boundary which was the worst time for those people who live near line. Redcliff sumbitted his pattern map on 9 August 1947 ,He failed to visit village are near Sindh & Punjab.New boundary formally announced on 14 August 1947 that Pakistan would be Muslim mazority under the lawyer Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
This was the bloody Wednesday for those 14 millions people , in the violence of this partition they loss shelter, homes, works and life for this Redcliff was awarded by Knight Grand cross order Of the British Empire while these two countries awarded highest numbers of Refugees in the World
I think partition is more terrible than pre India from that to till now both counties spend more than half budget to make their Army strong which is enough to root out poverty of both country from that day to till now many bloody attacked done by those terrorist who are the black spot of humen nation this is the biggest chalange for union government ethier he root out entire Pakistan with the help of army or find out such conservatives community who attack on our army repeatedly.

Journey in Bus.

'Wood are lovely dark and deep but I promise to go a mile before I sleep' this famous poetry written by Robert Frost his intation that we should not stop move forward whether only ine step but journey should be continues I started sole journey when I was in Fifteenth it was great experience to travell alone beacuse there is no one there to look at your ativites many strangers come together, pleasent personalites ,young ,girls, women, children ,experienced person , all of them have sinlge goal till Journey to reach destinations in bus when some get window sheet he feels that he has won world cup,looking outside from window is swag for such person. suppose when you enter in the bus that already occupied by earlier traveller and if you look towards them they treat you such a higher attitudes  that he is the owner of this public transport. Cause of teacher I can observe kids easily, they have some snacks packet that they open in the bus normally I am not favour of such snacks packet but on that moment It was difficult to control over taste glands but I stop myself to snatching. there is a silence in the bus and an interrupting engine sound entred in ear that force me to sleep, I kept my head on back of front seat fortunately any beutiful  girl sit on there she stared me as I put my head on her shoulder. l like songs which drivers play these songs are arranged in chronically according to driver ages a young driver start to play bhojpuri songs such as 'Lagave tu lipstick ' or most romantic of Anu Malik and an old age driver like old melody of Mohammad Rafi ,Lata Mangeskar and  Mukesh whatever they play all songs become the part of our Journey.
Now as well as destinations come during journey traveller open both eye broader than usual sight and start to narrate places which they identify.I look forward beacuse generally my destination is the last destination of entire journey. At last I say thanks driver to make my journey safe and Happy.😊😊😊

IT and Web become bread and butter for youth suryes says more than 10 hour are killed by social sites this is the most serious issue now days because by using too much internet thier life going towards virtual world.
I am not writing here about health issues of Internet but as observe adults , pornography, abusive language which are above than acting and mark a worse image in our mind towards character this is shamefull, wonder is that despites of such abusive dialoung and adult scene they are earning wealth and fame.
Sacred games, Mirzapur and Lust Stories they are addiction for youth, worse is that Binge wachers are teenager who are waching them in hide of their Guardian and parents not only boys but also females enjoy such adults series.
When Netflix came in india with interesting web content about 5 millions people subscribed it and in the end of 2017 more than 75 millions people in india watch this channel for online web series this enormous success of netfilx had open the doors for indian Director and producer but they are not focussing on acting rather then Hot intimate scene and abusive dialouge which devolep dirty mind in our generation.
I boycott such episodes and request to Supreme court please bann such curse from New India.
