How to avoid Anger? If you want to live happily and peaceful life you must have the answer of this question.
Here I share my experience how to control in your Anger?
First of all we have to know exactly what's is Anger, ' It's is strong feeling when you become irritate ny someone or something.' Actually It's not entity You become angry because you want, It has only drawbacks so you have to know how to control your Wrath.

Cause of Anger:-
There is any special cause to become angry it's humen psychology and emotions yet there are some common causes to become angry -
1. Threatened Or Attacked.
2. Frusted or Powerless.
3.Treated Unfairly or Like we are being Invalidated.
4. People are not respecting our feelings or possession.
Symptoms of Anger:-

1. Clinched Jaw or Fist
2.Increase rate of Heart beat.
3.Felling hot around you neck or Face
4.Red Eye.


Effect of Anger:
# Destroy your relationship with others ( Family, Relative, Friends)
# Generate Negative Energy
# Make you Financially Weak.

How We Can Control Anger?
It's a kind of feelings so you can control it If you really willing to control over it
1. If you feel angry try to count 0 to 9.
2. You can also walk away from that place.
3. Drink some water if available easily it's will help you.
4. Take deep breath and keep smile.
